THI®F-115 Acid Pickling Inhibitor and Acid Mist Suppressant

Primarily functions as a corrosion inhibitor with additional acid mist suppression. The inhibition rate exceeds 98%, suitable for acid pickling of various carbon steels, stainless steel strips, wires, and steel parts.

1–1.5% of the total acid pickling solution, or 0.1% of the acid cleaning agent.

THI®F-116 Acid Mist Suppressant and corrosion inhibitor

Mainly serves as an acid mist suppressant with corrosion inhibition capability. Effectively suppresses more than 85% of acid mist. It produces slightly more foam and is ideal for pickling environments with heavy acid mist.

1 kg/m² of the pickling tank surface area, or 0.1% of the acid cleaning agent.

THI®F-1116 Multi-purpose Acid Pickling Inhibitor (Alternative to LAN826)

Under normal conditions, the metal corrosion rate is less than 1 g/(m²·h). Suitable for acid cleaning and descaling of boilers, coolers, heaters, reactors, evaporators, storage tanks, and pipelines.

Add 0.1–0.3% based on the total volume of the cleaning solution.

THI®F-117 Acid Pickling Inhibitor (Liquid)

Provides corrosion inhibition only, with low foam and no impact on pickling performance. The inhibition rate reaches nearly 98%, applicable to various acid pickling operations.

1–1.5% of the total acid pickling solution, or 0.1% of the acid cleaning agent.

THI®F-217 Acid Pickling Inhibitor (Solid)

0.5–1% of the total acid pickling solution (for solid type).
