Product Overview THI® F-400 Series Welding Anti-Spatter Agents

1. Product Introduction

THI® Welding anti-spatter Agents effectively prevent welding spatter from adhering to metal surfaces. Before welding, a thin layer is sprayed onto areas where spatter is likely to fall. During welding, the spatter does not stick to the workpiece, and any residue can be easily removed by a light tap after welding.
This keeps the welded part clean and smooth, eliminating the need for subsequent chipping, grinding, or hammering operations. It reduces labor intensity, saves working time, and improves both welding quality and economic efficiency.

1. Excellent Spatter Removal:
   After using the anti-spatter agent, welding slag can automatically detach or be removed easily with a light touch.

   Chemically stable, high-temperature resistant, odorless, non-volatile, non-corrosive, and environmentally friendly.
3. No Impact on Welding or Coating Quality:
   After cleaning, it does not affect subsequent surface finishing processes such as painting, powder coating, or galvanizing.

1. Suitable for manual arc welding, TIG welding, CO₂ gas-shielded welding, laser welding, and cutting operations.
2. Widely used in industries such as steel structures, mechanical processing, construction machinery, pressure vessels, shipbuilding, automotive manufacturing, and military equipment, as well as other enterprises engaged in welding operations.

5. Directions for Use

Before welding, spray or brush the anti-spatter agent evenly onto areas where welding spatter is likely to fall.
Avoid allowing the liquid to flow directly into the weld seam.
Welding can be carried out whether the applied coating is dry or wet.
After welding, the spatter can be easily removed with light tapping.

Each kilogram of the product can cover approximately 30 square meters of metal surface or about 100 meters of weld seam.

6. Packaging and Storage

Available in 25 kg and 200 kg drums.
Store in a cool and well-ventilated place.
Shelf life: 2 years.
Transport according to the regulations for general chemical products.
