The Application Method of Refractometer

2.    The working liquid of the quenching liquid should be dripped under the lens, covered with a lid, read, and there should be an obvious dividing line with the eyes, reading, there should be an obvious dividing line, and be sure to remember that the reading needs to be multiplied by a factor of 2.5.If the count is 3, the actual concentration of quenching liquid is 7.5.

3.   The concentration should be measured once a week to avoid the instability of product quality caused by the change of cold rate caused by the change of concentration. The concentration difference of about 1 degree has little to do with it.

4.   Clean the water when not in use to avoid rust.
