This product is a water-based anti-rust agent that does not contain heavy metal ions such as barium, lead, silver, mercury, and cadmium. It can effectively protect ferrous metals and prevent rust and corrosion. It is suitable for rust prevention during processing and storage. It can also be used for leak detection, pressure test treatment, etc.

①Before using this product, keep the surface of the workpiece clean, free of rust and grease. The workpiece can be cleaned with THIF-311 cleaning agent of our company.
②Prepare the anti-rust fluid with a concentration of 3%-10%. The concentration is determined by trials according to the duration of rust prevention, and the concentration can be increased or decreased according to the weather conditions. In harsh environments such as humid and rainy seasons, the concentration of antirust fluid should be slightly increased. The anti-rust effect would be better if Use distilled water or deionized water to prepare the solution.
③It can be used by soaking, spraying or brushing. Soak the workpiece in the antirust fluid for 1-5 minutes. it can be slightly shaken. the surface of the part should be fully coated, pay attention to the blind hole, and air dry or blow dry it after taking it out.
④Packing the workpiece can extend the period of rust prevention.
