THI®X-216 water-based adhesive defoamer

This defoamer is specially developed for adhesives. It can maintain good stability and compatibility in the adhesive, and it has a long-lasting defoaming and antifoaming effect.

①Excellent dynamic defoaming and antifoaming effect, can prevent small and large bubbles.
②Good dispersibility and compatibility in water.
③Good heat resistance and chemical stability.
④Dose not cause fisheye spots and pinholes. Does not affect the appearance of product. Does not change the properties of coating.

It is suitable for the production of styrene-propylene vinylene, butadiene, various types of acrylic paste, ethylene, ethylene-propylene, pure acrylic, vinyl acetate emulsion, carboxyl styrene, polyvinyl alcohol glue, styrene-butadiene latex, phenolic polyurethane glue and other adhesives.

Generally, the amount 0f addition is 0.05-0.2% of the total volume. It can be added directly during the production processes. To achieve the best effect, it is recommended to test compatibility before use in different production processes (you can determine the amount of defoamer suitable for the product by taking trials first).
