THI®X-558 drilling and cementing defoamer

THI® X-558 drilling and cementing defoamer is specially developed for the oil mining process. It supresses foaming caused by the slurries and additives. It improves the mining efficiency and reduces the waste of resources.

②Good dispersibility, can be well dispersed in the slurry.
③ maintain a good foam suppression effect under high temperature, strong acid and alkali, high shear force and high pressure conditions.
It can effectively improve the lubricity and cooling effect of the slurry, and greatly improve the efficiency of slurry circulation.

It is suitable for defoaming of oilfield drilling, cementing, drilling fluid and slurry, fracturing fluid, etc. It is especially designed for defoaming of lignite resin, sulfonated asphalt, humic acid and other drilling slurries.

① It can be directly added to the drilling slurry as an additive. When preparing the slurry, add defoamer to the soil and lime first.
② It can also be added into the box of mixing truck. both methods can create good defoaming effects. The dosage is about 0.02%.
