Crystallization is the main process to improve the quality of antibiotics. Many enterprises have production weaknesses such as single form of crystallizer, rough crystallization process, manual operation, etc., so that the microscopic morphology of products has a large difference compared with foreign products. Many companies are facing difficulties like incomplete crystalline form, wide particle size distribution and hard to filter crystals that are tightly bonded together. Many companies also face problems such as slow crystallization speed, low yield, relatively high product cost, and product yellowing after long storage time. Our crystallization aid promotes the formation of crystal nuclei during the crystallization process. The crystal product is uniform and large. The particle size distribution is uniform, the crystal filtration speed and crystal quality are greatly improved. Four crystallization methods are often used in the antibiotic industry

No matter which crystallization method is used, you could get better crystallization result by adding different concentrations of this product and then adjusting the pH value and timing of addition.


The amount of addition is from 0.08% to 0.1% of the extracting solution. The unit consumption of finished product is about 0.034 kg/kg.
