1. Introduction

In the rubber industry, vulcanization accelerators play a crucial role in determining product performance and production efficiency. Among them, aldehyde–aniline condensate accelerators feature high reactivity and stability and are widely used in CPE, CR, CSM, and reclaimed rubber systems.

THI®S-1001, THI®S-1002, and THI®S-1003 by Thinkingchem all belong to this category. Although their chemical structures are similar, each model is optimized for specific processing and performance requirements.


2. Product Overview

THI®S-1001 (Butyraldehyde–Aniline Condensate, BAA / BBA)
A general-purpose liquid accelerator suitable for CPE, CR, and PU systems. It enhances vulcanization speed and mechanical strength.
Equivalent international grades: Vanax 808, Rhenocure 576.


THI®S-1002 (High-Purity Butyraldehyde–Aniline Condensate)
An upgraded, high-purity version of 1001 with lower impurity levels and higher reactivity. Recommended for Latex Thread, ECO, and CR systems.
Equivalent to BBA High-Purity Grade / 808HP Type.


THI®S-1003 (Modified Butyraldehyde–Aniline Condensate)
A modified, well-balanced version with enhanced heat resistance and aging stability.
Ideal for CPE, CR, CSM, Reclaimed Rubber, and Solid Tyres.
Equivalent to BBA Modified Type / Advanced Vanax 808.
