This product is a new type of high-efficiency silicon-polyether composite defoamer which uses the latest defoaming theory and technology. It is made by complex chemical reactions of various functional groups with defoaming functions and can meet the requirements of foam control throughout the fermentation cycle, especially for the field of fermentation where foam is difficult to control.

①Suitable for defoaming in all kinds of fermentation processes, strain fermenters (seed tanks) and fermentation tanks.

According to the features of the fermentation process, the defoamer can be added in the base material. The amount added is 0.01%-0.03%, which is 1/3-1/2 of the dosage of polyether and silicon defoamer. Use fed-batch technique after the high temperature sterilization. The defoamer can be diluted 1:1 with water and then added during fed-batch, the product can be stirred by steam during the process.
