This product is a Defoamer specially developed by our company for the fermentation of edible fungi, based on the features of edible fungi fermentation. It can quickly eliminate a large amount of foam generated during the fermentation process of edible fungi. This product is heat resistant, has no effect on strains and only need small dosage. After use, it can shorten the fermentation cycle, increase the yield of strains, and reduce the production cost.

It is suitable for the fermentation of all kinds of liquid edible fungi such as mushroom strains, locust fungus strains, pleurotus eryngii strains, flammulina velutipes strains, and fungus strains.
It can be directly added to the solution or diluted with water at a 1:1 ratio then use after the solution is stirred evenly. The amount of addition is 0.01%-0.03%.
