THIF-718 drawing fluid

This product is a lubricant for the process of wire drawing. Its function is to form a lubricating film between the drawn metal and the wall of the drawing die to reduce the friction between the interface and prevent the metal from sticking on the die wall due to heat. This product can reduce the energy consumption and temperature rise during drawing, extend the service life of the drawing die, ensure the surface quality of the product, and make the finesse of wire more uniform.

④The working fluid on to the surface of the steel pipe is easy to clean and has no adverse effects on subsequent processing such as annealing, rust prevention, and painting.

Suitable for drawing processes with fast drawing speeds such as the drawing of stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, aluminum alloy, copper, etc.

Dilute this product with water at a ratio of 1:5-10 when using for the first time. Later, replenish an appropriate amount of original fluid and water to maintain a certain concentration according to the workload.
