THIF-6204 water displacing antirust oil

This product can replace the water film remaining on the surface of metal parts. It can remove fingerprints and sweat and form a layer of anti-rust oil film on the surface of metal parts to protect the metal from moisture and corrosive gas.

①High viscosity, thick film, excellent resistance to moisture, heat, salt spray and atmospheric corrosion. Once applied, it can prevent rust formation for more than two years.
②It has excellent ability to remove the water film on the metal surface. It forms a layer of anti-rust oil film on the metal surface after water removal.
③It can inhibit the corrosion of metal surface caused by fingerprints and hand sweat.

It is suitable for the antirust sealing of bearings, measuring tools, auto parts, machine parts and steel.

① Oil seal: This product can be directly used. Due to its high viscosity, evenly coat the surface of the workpiece with anti-rust oil by painting. Pack the workpiece after drying.
② Seal: Dilute with gasoline or diesel at a ratio of 1:1 and use it as anti-rust oil for sealing after dilution. It can be used by soaking or brushing.

①This product should be sealed after use to prevent water seepage and volatilization.
②It is strictly forbidden to open flames. Pay attention to ventilation and be careful of fire hazards.
③When packaging and storing, try to avoid collisions between the workpieces to avoid damage to the oil film.
④The metal after anti-rust treatment needs to be packaged and sealed after the surface has dried and formed a hard film.
