THIF-601 Antirust Oil for Sealing and Preservation

This product can form a uniform antirust film on the surface of the workpiece. It has good resistance to salt spray, and has a long antirust period for steel, cast iron, copper, galvanized sheet, etc. Generally, it can be stored up to 1-2 years.

①Before applying the antirust oil, remove the grease, moisture and hand sweat on the surface of the workpiece (THIF-301 cleaning agent can be used for cleaning).
②According to the specific production process, soaking, spraying, brushing and other methods can be used to apply the antirust oil. After applied, the surface can be dried naturally, blow-dried, or dried by dryer to form an anti-rust film.
③After the surface is dried, it can be sealed and packaged. VCI paper or other anti-rust packaging can be used.
