THIX-289 Defoamer for asbestos tile/calcium silicate board

This series of defoamers is specially developed for cement mortar and its additives. It has good defoaming effect and can improve the quality of finished products.

① Effectively control foaming in cement mortar and make the concrete components denser and brighter.
② Small dosage, heat resistant, acid and alkali resistant, long-lasting foam suppression performance under different conditions (pH 4-12).
③Excellent dispersibility and stability, can be evenly dispersed into the cement system.

Suitable for defoaming in the production of cement mortar, concrete, asbestos tile, calcium silicate board, grout, self-leveling mortar, floor materials, cement components, putty powder, ore slurry, gypsum, cement admixture and other cement products.

Add the defoamer when foam appears in the mortar. It can be added continuously or intermittently using a drop pump. The amount of addition is 0.05-0.1% of the total weight. It can be added directly, or it can be added after diluted with water so that the defoamer can be dispersed quickly and evenly.
